There is a LOT of confusion about where to vote. Yeah, the EB sent out postcards last week but that doesn't seem to have prevented large numbers of would-be voters from wandering from school to church to wherever in hopes of finding the right place. I'm sympathetic to the EB but it's really quite a mess.
I've noted two reports of this tonight, myself.
